We are currently offering the following services for all stages of your feeding journey:
- Prenatal Feeding Counseling: Curious about breast/chest feeding or bottle feeding and want to learn more? Have specific concerns about feeding that you would like to discuss before the baby arrives? A prenatal feeding counseling session will provide you with the information you need to feel confident and comfortable feeding your baby from the beginning. These sessions are personalized to your feeding goals to provide the information you need to feel empowered. (These sessions are private pay only and can be done in office or virtually)
- Early Infant feeding evaluations - 0-6 months: This evaluation should be viewed as a joint problem solving session! We will work together to assess and improve latch (to the breast/chest and/or bottle), and problem solve issues related to milk supply, gas, reflux, oral ties, and more! At the end of this evaluation you will leave with a feeding plan that is personalized to you and your baby, and continuing support as needed.*
- Transitional feeding evaluation - 6+ months: So much changes within the first 18 months of life! Whether it is transitioning back to work, weaning, or beginning solids this evaluation aims to assess your child's feeding skills, while helping to guide you through the next steps. Similar to early infant feeding evaluations, you will leave this evaluation with a personalized plan tailored to you and your baby and continuing support as needed.*
- Food for Tots evaluation - 9-18+ months: At this age, your baby will be transitioning from formula or breastmilk as their main source of nutrition to the same foods as the family. This evaluation will assess your child's chewing and swallowing skills for a variety of different textures to ensure that they are able to safely eat foods that will provide them with a nutritious diet that is needed to thrive in toddlerhood. These evaluations can be helpful for transitioning from purees to solids, picky eaters, and limited diets. You and your child will leave this evaluation with a personalized feeding plan and continuing support as needed.*
